Burger King is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and motivate a fast-paced crew. You will oversee shifts, ensure quality service, and model high standards for guest satisfaction across front counter and kitchen. This role offers growth through hands-on leadership and exposure to store-wide business processes.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in quick-service, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus).
• 1–2 years of restaurant or quick-service experience.
• Strong leadership potential and communication skills.
• Team-first mindset with passion for guest service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift by supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager; run shifts and ensure smooth operations from open to close.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience with fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean, welcoming environment.
• Coach and develop team members through training and real-time feedback to build confidence and performance.
• Drive results by executing shift plans, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading operations end-to-end.
• Protect the business with cash controls, inventory management, and adherence to security procedures.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Shift

Take charge of daily operations by supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll run shifts, keep the team focused, and ensure everything runs smoothly from open to close.

Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience

Set the tone for fast, friendly, and accurate service. Create a clean, welcoming environment and make sure every guest leaves satisfied—or better yet, impressed.

Coach & Develop Your Team

Motivate, train, and provide real-time feedback to team members. You’ll help build confidence, improve performance, and create a positive, high-energy team culture.

Drive Results

Execute shift plans, maintain food quality and safety standards, and keep operations running efficiently. From the front counter to the kitchen, you’ll lead by example.

Protect the Business

Handle cash controls, manage inventory, and follow all security procedures. You’ll help ensure accuracy, accountability, and smooth daily operations.
