Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service
• Educate customers on our services and memberships
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
• Assist in training new team members

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Strong desire to serve others and provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Benefits

• Starting at $15.00/hr, with potential to grow to $17.00/hr
