Job summary

Rainbow Pizza, a Domino's Pizza franchisee operating 60+ locations in South Texas, seeks an assistant manager to lead a store and supervise shifts, control costs, manage inventory, and uphold outstanding customer service. You’ll have clear paths for advancement within a fast-paced, team-driven environment that values integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, cash handling, and adhering to all company policies while delivering exceptional pizza and service

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous management or leadership experience required.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be willing and able to open and close the store.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, cost and cash controls, inventory, and customer relations.
• Lead and develop team members; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
• Support store profitability through efficient operations and excellent service.
