Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work during inclement weather.
• Willing to open and close the store.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, scheduling, store image, adherence to standards, customer service, attendance and profitability.
• Stock ingredients, receive and process orders, take inventory and complete related paperwork, and maintain clean equipment and facilities.
• Advancement opportunities from assistant manager to general manager or franchisee.
