Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and mentor team members in our Glendale, AZ kitchens. You will supervise shift activities, oversee food preparation, and handle guest interactions with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.

You will lead by example, train teammates, and ensure smooth service during daytime shifts. The role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a positive culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industry.
• Experience training others.
• Available to work between 20-40 hours per week.
• Growth minded, driven, and detail-oriented.
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.
