Cafe Zupas is seeking a Shift Leader in Arizona to guide daily operations, train teammates, and ensure top guest experiences. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on food preparation with a focus on exceptional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You will manage shifts, assist with ordering and checkout, and foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture in our Glendale location.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industry.
• Experience training others.
• Available to work between 20–40 hours per week.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and patient.
• Growth minded, driven, and detail-oriented.
