You will supervise crew and fellow managers, coordinate shift plans, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and uphold McDonald’s standards for quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Lead crew and other managers during a shift to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for a smooth handoff.
• Meet targets for shift performance and assist departments in achieving goals.
• Ensure food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, scheduling, training, and safety.
