Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in delivering food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride. You will play a central role in a fast-paced environment, helping guests feel welcome and assisting with store operations.

You will lead the team during shifts and gain hands-on cooking exposure to Panda favorites. This role offers opportunities to mentor colleagues, develop diverse skills, and grow professionally as part of a dynamic restaurant

Qualifications

• Some high school required
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification may be required, applicant covers costs

Responsabilités

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
