Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in creating food with passion, service with heart and ambiance with pride across our Panda locations. You will have a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

As a Shift Lead you will gain hands-on experience in managing store operations, leading the team during the shift, cooking Panda favorites, and developing skills to help yourself and others grow within our organization.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
• ADA considerations and physical demands are outlined, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
