Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, run shifts, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support the General Manager, uphold standards, and complete mandatory training programs including Pizza College coursework.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused leaders with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, prepared to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience to supervise shifts and Team Members.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain brand standards and drive customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to complete Domino’s and RPM training programs.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment including ovens and food prep tools.
