Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, run shifts, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the General Manager. This on-site role requires leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to brand standards.

You will train Team Members, assist with scheduling, and ensure safety and sanitation across the store. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays, with ongoing development through RPM Pizza College.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and 21+ to drive.
• Completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Food safety certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
