Smoothie King (SKFI) in Miami Beach is seeking a purpose-driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to enhance guest experiences and assist in team management. This role requires effective communication with guests, the ability to meet nutrition goals, and aiding in team dynamics when the General Manager is unavailable. The ideal candidate will enjoy blending smoothies, engaging with customers, and upholding Smoothie King's core values. The position includes a flexible schedule and numerous benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a 'guest comes first' attitude.
• Minimum age requirement: at least sixteen (16) years of age or older to apply.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Overview

We are looking for a purpose‑driven Shift Leader / Team Captain to become an ambassador of our brand.

As a Shift Leader / Team Captain you will help guests meet their nutrition goals by assisting them to choose smoothies and retail products, and provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not available.
