Job summary

Goldfish Swim School seeks a Manager on Duty to lead the school during shifts when the GM/AGM is unavailable. You will support daily operations, ensure safety, coach instructors and staff, and uphold safety and customer service standards. The MOD role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and the ability to respond quickly in emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must obtain Lifeguard Certification and Deck Supervisor training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary on-site leader when the GM/AGM is unavailable.
• Support daily operations and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coach instructors and front desk staff.
• Complete nightly manager reports and assist events.
