Shift Leader – 1311 Madison Ave

Position Summary: Full‑time Shift Leader responsible for running a Domino’s Pizza store, leading the team, maintaining service and quality standards, and managing costs. Compensation: starting up to $15/hr. Eligible for benefits such as 401(k) and health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and cost control.
• Lead the team and set high standards for customer service and product quality.
• Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specifications: sandwiches, toppings, sauces, etc.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler using FIFO; lift and rotate stock; move soda; date all products.
• Handle customer interactions: answer phone calls, take orders at the front counter or pickup windows, and provide car‑side delivery.
• Maintain daily cleaning and sanitation: sweep and mop floors, clean coolers, and dispose of trash.
• Work 12‑hour, 10‑hour, or 8‑hour shifts (day, night, weekends, holidays) as required.
• Support delivery operations when needed, including driving, delivering product, and handling flyers.

Qualifications

• Required: Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience preferred: 1 year of leadership experience; 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Training: Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
• Communication skills: Ability to give written and verbal instructions, process orders over phone and in person.
• Core skills: Basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) for accurate monetary change; motor coordination for fast, accurate movements; keyboard or touch‑screen order entry.
• Physical: Able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and climb stairs; able to carry pizza and beverage loads during delivery.
• Driving: Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
