Blank Street is launching The Green Room, our first-ever concept store in Soho, New York City that will act as a product innovation and brand expression hub. In essence, the Green Room is just like any other Blank Street: it's a daily ritual destination that enriches customers' lives, with great coffee and friendly hospitality. You will spearhead individual, team and location initiatives to drive sales and business performance. Along with supporting your General Manager to lead these important company initiatives, you will regularly meet with the Senior Leadership team to voice feedback, improvements and overall be hands-on in the success of your store, your customers and your team's best interests.

What you'll bring
Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days of availability required and must be available to work 2 peak days (usually weekend days, weekend as described as Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
