Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a lead position (e.g. leadman, team leader, foreman, supervisor).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required work credentials such as Driver's License and TWIC where applicable.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose and develop others while prioritizing safety and performance.
• Conduct safety meetings, trainings, and observations to model strong leadership.
• Oversee on-the-job training to ensure alignment with PSC and customer best practices.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support employee growth and accountability.
• Review procedures, communicate changes, and maintain operational excellence.
