Job summary

PSC Group in Martinez, CA seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead with purpose, develop others, and drive safe work practices. This full-time role offers long-term stability and growth, with a focus on delivering top performance daily on-site.

The ideal candidate has prior lead experience, English fluency, and a commitment to safety, training, and procedures adherence. Military experience is a plus and a driver’s license may be required depending on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lead position (e.g. leadman, team leader, foreman, supervisor).
• Industrial experience is a plus but not required.
• May require a valid Driver's License and/or a valid TWIC card depending on location.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Speak, write, read fluent English
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensures employees have the knowledge, training, tools, and equipment to work safely and efficiently.
• Actively participates in safety meetings and training initiatives to model leadership.
• Performs regular safety observations to maintain high visibility with employees and customers.
• Oversees on-the-job training to align with PSC and customer best practices.
• Provides coaching to support employee growth and accountability.
• Reviews area procedures for accuracy, communicates updates to PSC and customer leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support team performance and operational excellence
