Job summary

Pilot Company in Texas is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting store leadership in daily tasks to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Pay starts between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour, with a nationwide benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and a flexible schedule; weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant.
• Respond to customer needs with excellent service.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
• Show knowledge of store operations and PFJ's quality commitment.
