Department: Field Operations

Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader, ensuring team members are coached, trained, and developed to provide outstanding customer service, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly customer service.
• Ensure menu products are prepared and served according to standards.
• Assign and oversee team members' activities.
• Assist team members in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Enforce safety and security policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
• Follow proper procedures for food preparation, handling, and storage.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors.
• Ensure on-time attendance of staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Complete weekly sales reports, bank deposits, inventory, and other shift documentation accurately.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into POS system.
• Ensure proper POS system shutdown at close.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
