Reports To (Title): Restaurant General Manager

Department: Field Operations

Job Summary

To serve as a restaurant leader, providing coaching, training, and development to Team Members during shifts to ensure an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
2. Ensure menu products are prepared and served according to standards.
3. Assign and oversee activities of Team Members.
4. Assist Team Members in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Demonstrate proper procedures to Team Members.
6. Enforce safety and security policies.
7. Perform opening and closing duties as per Checklists.
8. Follow proper procedures for food preparation, receiving, handling, and storage.
9. Maintain professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
10. Ensure punctuality of employees.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, Bank deposits, Cash and Inventory worksheets accurately.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into POS system as required.
• Ensure proper nightly POS system shutdown.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
