Reports To (Title): Restaurant General Manager

Department: Field Operations

Job Summary:

Serve as a restaurant leader, providing coaching, training, and development to Team Members to ensure an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
2. Ensure menu products are prepared and served according to standards.
3. Assign and oversee activities carried out by Team Members.
4. Assist Team Members in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Demonstrate proper procedures for Team Members.
6. Enforce safety and security policies.
7. Perform opening and closing duties as per Shift Awareness Checklists.
8. Follow proper procedures for food preparation, receiving, handling, and storage.
9. Maintain professional leadership behaviors.
10. Ensure punctuality of employees for shifts.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Position Qualifications/Skills:

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, Bank deposit slips, Cash and Inventory worksheets accurately.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into POS system as required.
• Ensure proper nightly POS system closeout.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures, including cash counts, drawer management, POS adjustments, and cash levels.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Complete the Shift Leader certification program successfully.
