Position Overview

Reports To (Title): Restaurant General Manager

Department: Field Operations

Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader, providing coaching, training, and development to Team Members on shift to ensure an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Oversee and assist Team Members in their tasks, maintaining quality and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures and enforce safety and security policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as per checklists.
• Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and rotation.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors and ensure employee punctuality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Accurately complete reports and paperwork such as sales, deposits, and inventory.
• Manage inventory and payroll entries in POS system.
• Ensure proper POS system shutdown and adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Complete the Shift Leader certification program.
