Job Summary

To serve as a restaurant leader and ensure that Team Members on shift are provided with proper coaching, training, and development to deliver an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
2. Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
3. Supervise and assist Team Members in their tasks, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.
4. Demonstrate proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
5. Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
6. Perform opening and closing duties as required.
7. Follow proper procedures for food preparation, handling, and storage.
8. Maintain professional leadership behaviors at all times.
9. Ensure on-time attendance of all employees.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, bank deposits, and other shift-related paperwork accurately.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into the POS system.
• Ensure proper nightly POS system shutdown.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
