A leading fast-food chain is seeking a Restaurant Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will provide coaching and training to Team Members, maintain compliance with company policies, and ensure a positive dining experience for customers. Reports To (Title): Restaurant General Manager
Department: Field Operations
Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader and ensure that Team Members on shift are provided with the proper coaching, training, and development necessary to provide an outstanding customer experience at Church’s. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures as set forth by the company.
