Job Summary

To serve as a restaurant leader, ensuring that Team Members on shift receive proper coaching, training, and development to provide an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitor and ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
2. Ensure all menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
3. Oversee and assist Team Members in their activities, including preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
4. Demonstrate proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
5. Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
6. Perform opening and closing duties as required.
7. Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and rotation.
8. Maintain professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
9. Ensure on-time attendance of all employees.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Position Qualifications and Skills

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, bank deposits, cash and inventory worksheets accurately.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into the POS system.
• Ensure proper closing of the POS system nightly.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
