Position Overview

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager

Department: Field Operations

Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader, providing coaching, training, and development to Team Members to ensure an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
2. Oversee preparation and serving of menu products according to standards.
3. Assign and monitor tasks for Team Members.
4. Assist Team Members in preparing quality products and maintaining cleanliness.
5. Demonstrate proper procedures for staff.
6. Enforce safety and security policies.
7. Perform opening and closing duties as per Checklists.
8. Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and rotation.
9. Maintain professional leadership behaviors.
10. Ensure on-time attendance of staff.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Additional Skills and Requirements

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, Bank deposits, and other shift documentation accurately.
• Manage inventory and payroll data in the POS system.
• Ensure proper closing of POS systems nightly.
• Adhere to cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid Driver's License, access to vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
