A leading fast-food restaurant is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with food safety standards. The role involves training Team Members, managing operations during shifts, and maintaining a clean environment. Candidates should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or G.E.D., and ServSafe training is preferred.
Reports To (Title): Restaurant General Manager
Department: Field Operations
Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader and ensure that Team Members on shift are provided with the proper coaching, training, and development necessary to provide an outstanding customer experience at Church’s. Ensure compliance with all Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures as set forth by the company.
