Position Overview

Reports To: Restaurant General Manager
Department: Field Operations

Job Summary: To serve as a restaurant leader, providing coaching, training, and development to Team Members to ensure an outstanding customer experience at Church's. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Oversee menu product preparation and service according to standards.
• Assign and monitor team activities and responsibilities.
• Assist team members in preparing quality products, providing service, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper procedures and enforce safety and security policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties as per Checklists.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food products.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors and ensure employee attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Complete Weekly Sales Reports, bank deposits, and inventory worksheets accurately.
• Enter inventory and payroll data into POS system.
• Ensure proper POS system closeout and adherence to cash handling procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Successfully complete the Shift Leader certification program.
