Join us as a Shift Leader at Church's Chicken PR and lead our team to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and is part of the Field Operations department.

Job Summary

As a restaurant leader, you'll coach, train, and develop Team Members to ensure an outstanding customer experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Oversee menu product preparation and service according to standards.
• Assign and monitor team activities, providing assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.
• Lead opening and closing procedures as per checklists.
• Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and rotation.
• Uphold professional and ethical leadership behaviors.
• Ensure punctuality and attendance of staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety certification is highly recommended.

Qualifications and Skills

• Accurately complete sales reports, bank deposits, and inventory forms.
• Manage inventory, payroll, and POS system entries.
• Ensure proper cash handling and security procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Complete the Shift Leader certification program successfully.
