Job summary

Domino's Pizza Boise is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and model excellence for the team. You will oversee daily store operations, control costs, manage inventory and cash, and ensure customer satisfaction with a friendly, can-do attitude.

As a natural leader, you will supervise 3 to 30 staff, greet customers, handle orders, operate the POS, and maintain quality and cleanliness to uphold Domino's standards. 18+ and reliable vehicle required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts (3–30 staff).
• Strong attitude and motivation to keep a great place to work.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment.
• Making fast, accurate products following recipes and portions.
• Delivering product by vehicle from store to customer.
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Maintain professional appearance per Grooming Standards.
