As a Shift Leader, you will guide the team, ensuring high service standards and food quality during shifts. Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Open availability between 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM; full-time (30-40 hrs/week).
• Ability to stand for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts, ensuring service and food quality.
• Coach, train, and motivate Crew Members.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and ensure restaurant cleanliness.
• Support General Manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
• Help manage food/labor costs to drive sales growth.
