Job summary

KwikFill is seeking a Shift Leader in our Dushore store to support day-to-day operations and develop into an Assistant Manager. This entry-level position trains you to lead during shifts and step into supervisory duties in the Manager's absence.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending merchandise, learning the cash register, stocking and facing shelves, keeping the store clean and compliant with health rules, and handling cash and inventory when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Dependable, independent transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and related equipment.
• Stock, price, and face merchandise on gondolas and shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and health/safety compliance.
• Handle cash and inventories in the absence of management.
• Report shortages/overages to management.
