Job summary

KwikFill seeks a Shift Leader to support store operations and develop new employees. This entry-level role trains you to become an Assistant Manager and covers day-to-day responsibilities while adhering to company policies.

You will greet customers, suggest merchandise, operate the register, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety rules. The position may require one or two weekends per month of management coverage and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to all customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and additional required equipment with accuracy.
• Price, stock, and face merchandise; stock gondolas, shelving, and backroom storage areas.
• Maintain the store in accordance with Health Department rules and regulations.
• Be responsible for all cash and inventories in the absence of the Manager.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
