Job summary

KwikFill is seeking a Shift Leader in Sugar Grove, PA. This entry-level role trains you to become an Assistant Manager, supporting location operations and helping develop new staff. You may work one to two weekends per month in the Manager's absence.

You will handle customer service, cash handling, stocking, and store maintenance while following company policies and health regulations. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile.
• Suggest product purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and required equipment.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage shelving and backroom storage.
• Ensure store is clean and compliant with Health Department rules.
• Follow security and safety policies.
• Account for shift transactions and cash handling.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with dress code.
• Complete required store paperwork accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Be responsible for cash and inventories in the absence of managers.
• Report shortages or overages to management immediately.
