Job summary

KwikFill in Tyrone, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations and help develop new employees. This entry-level position assists the location Manager and Assistant Manager and can move into an Assistant Manager role during absences.

The role includes weekend management coverage as needed. The Shift Leader will greet customers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and ensure health and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to multi-task and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide service with a smile.
• Learn and operate the cash register and related equipment accurately.
• Stock and face merchandise; manage stocking and backroom storage.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with Health Department rules.
• Assist Store Manager and District Manager as needed and handle shift paperwork.
• Be responsible for cash and inventories in the absence of management.
