Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

    Qualifications - Education and Experience:
    • Some high school education
    • Preferred experience in operations and food safety (e.g., Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense)
    ADA Statement:

    Employees must be able to work in hot, noisy environments, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately. Effective communication skills and adaptability are essential to manage a fast-paced environment and handle conflicts effectively.
