Shift Lead Qualifications: Education and Experience:

  • Some high school education
  • Preferred: some operations experience

Food Safety:

Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.

ADA Statement:

While performing duties, employees may work in hot environments with steam and food vapors. The workspace can be restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment, and working quickly and accurately. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters at 36 inches. Kitchens are hot and noisy, with limited storage. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.
