Panda Restaurant Group Inc. seeks a Shift Lead to manage operations and lead the team in a vibrant environment. In this role, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences, oversee food preparation, and develop valuable skills. Candidates are required to have some high school education and should be ready to work in a fast-paced setting, maintaining the quality and service that Panda is known for.
Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

Shift Lead Qualifications: Education and Experience:
Food Safety:
Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
ADA Statement:
While performing duties, employees may work in hot environments with steam and food vapors. The workspace can be restricted, and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment, and working quickly and accurately. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counters at 36 inches. Kitchens are hot and noisy, with limited storage. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts.
