Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.
Candidates must meet, and continue to meet, eligibility requirements for each benefit.
Employees must be able to work in hot environments with steam and vapors, remain standing for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Effective communication skills and adaptability are essential.
