Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

Qualifications - Education and Experience:

  • Some high school education
  • Experience in restaurant operations preferred

Food Safety requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense, may apply based on local/municipal regulations.

ADA Statement:

Employees must be able to work in hot environments with steam and vapors, remain standing for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment. Good verbal communication skills and adaptability are essential.
