Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Shift Lead for our team, you will:

1. Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.

Shift Lead Qualifications - Education and Experience:

• Some high school education
• Preferably some experience in operations

Food Safety:

Local/municipal requirements such as Food Handler certification are acquired at the applicant's own expense.

ADA Statement:

Employees must be able to work in hot and noisy environments, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Effective communication and conflict management skills are essential.
