Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to our success. You will:

    Shift Lead Qualifications: Education and Experience
    • Some high school education preferred
    • Some operational experience preferred
    Food Safety:

    Local requirements such as Food Handler certification are acquired at the applicant's own expense.

    ADA Statement:

    Employees should be able to work in hot, noisy environments, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work quickly and accurately. Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment is essential.
