Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to success. Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications:

  • Some high school education or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in operations and food safety

Local requirements such as Food Handler certification must be obtained at the applicant's own expense.
