Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

Role Overview

As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and we believe our people are the key to success. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the creation of a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
  2. Gaining valuable skills in managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
  3. Getting hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in operations and food safety
  • Local requirements such as Food Handler certification (at applicant's expense)
Work Environment & ADA Statement

Work areas can be hot with steam and vapors, with limited space and high shelving. Employees should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately in a noisy, hot environment. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
