Our Panda Shift Leader associates

Shift Lead Qualifications: Education and Experience
  • Some high school education
  • Preferred experience in operations
Food Safety:

Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.

While performing duties, employees may encounter hot environments with steam and food vapors. The workspace is restricted, and employees are generally expected to stand for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in hot and noisy environments, and communicate effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts is essential.
