Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

Role Overview

As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to our success. Your responsibilities will include:

  2. Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
  3. Gaining hands-on experience in preparing Panda favorites.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Some high school education or equivalent
  • Experience in operations preferred
  • Food Safety certification (local requirements may apply, obtained at applicant's expense)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Counter areas are often hot with steam and food vapors. The workspace is restricted, and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Tasks include hot and cold food preparation, using kitchen equipment, and lifting up to 50 lbs. The environment is hot and noisy, with limited storage. Employees must adapt to a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and manage conflicts efficiently.
