Qualifications - Education and Experience:
Local or municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, must be obtained at the applicant's own expense.
Work involves standing for long periods, handling hot and cold foods, and using kitchen equipment. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in hot and noisy environments, and adapt to a fast-paced setting. Effective communication and conflict management skills are essential.
