Candidates must meet, and continue to meet if employed, the eligibility requirements for each benefit to qualify.

Shift Lead Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

  • Some high school education
  • Preferred experience in operations

Food Safety requirements, such as Food Handler certification, must be acquired at the applicant's own expense, based on local/municipal regulations.

Employees must be able to work in a hot environment with steam and vapors, remain standing for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately in a noisy, high-temperature kitchen with limited storage space. Effective communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are essential to manage conflicts and prioritize tasks effectively.
