Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Shift Lead for our team, you will:
  1. Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
  2. Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
  3. Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.

Shift Lead Qualifications - Education and Experience:
  • Some high school education
  • Preferably some experience in operations
Food Safety:

Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at the applicant's own expense.

ADA Statement:

While performing duties, employees may encounter hot environments with steam and food vapors. The workspace is often restricted, requiring standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively. The role involves working with hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment, and reaching across counters that are typically 36 inches high. Noise levels can be high, and storage space limited.
