Our Panda Shift Leader associates are important leaders of our team and are responsible for bringing Panda's mission alive in our restaurants by supporting management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

As a Shift Lead, you will play a central role in our fast-paced and growth-oriented environment. Our restaurants are the heart of our company, and our people are the key to success. Your responsibilities will include:

  2. Managing store operations and leading the team during shifts.
  3. Gaining hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites.

Qualifications - Education and Experience:
  • Some high school education
  • Preferred experience in operations
Food Safety:

Local requirements such as Food Handler certification, obtained at the applicant's own expense, are preferred.
