Job summary

Workstream is seeking a supervisory team member to support the General Manager in running a Jersey Mike's franchise in Dawsonville, Georgia. The role includes supervising shifts, managing inventory, and assisting with hiring and training efforts.

Ideal candidates should have at least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment, be 18 or older, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. Flexibility in availability is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• Must be 18+.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts, direct the crew, and help build schedules.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training.
• Manage inventory, place vendor orders, and help control food and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with food‑safety and brand standards.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and daily reporting.
• Resolve escalated guest issues.
• Assume General Manager responsibilities in their absence.
